He had a same day surgical procedure on Tuesday, but is in extreme pain. He did not have a heart attack, but the dr's are unsure what's causing all the pain. Tomorrow he will have an Echocardiogram. Please pray the problem will be revealedmm and he can get home!!

Lisa Pennington’s mother, Ruth Hildebrecht, is in the ICU Unit at Miami Valley Hospital. On Tuesday, she underwent emergency surgery due to kidney stones. Following the surgery, she has been experiencing several complications.

Please ask Christ to inspire empathy in the hardest hearts within Christian congregations, reminding us of warnings in Matthew 25:31-46 and James chapter 5 before Christ separates sheep from goats. Ask Him to turn our hearts for 20 seconds each day to pray for the renewal of the Church like the bones in Ezekiel 37, restoring to us His favor and sanctifying us for effective fulfillment of His Greatest commision. Finally, as people in power focus more on their own personal gain than their responsibility to their neighbor, ask that God remind us of consequences faced by the rich man in Luke 16:19-31.

Our son, David Sappington, came home from work last evening to find his wife, Jan Sappington, apparently in a diabetic coma. She is a very fragile Type 1 diabetic. They live near Grandview Hospital in Dayton, where she was admitted. Drs think her sugar problems caused a heart attack. She may need surgery. Her sugar is still out of control. Please pray for both Jan and David and the doctors, and for us to have wisdom in trying to help. Thank you
