Update on my cousin Jay Bell. They have him off of everything but the ventilator as of yesterday. There is no activity in the cortex part of his brain and they have done all they can for him. He may be taken off of the ventilator tomorrow afternoon, please continue to pray for his wife Jenny and daughter Macey. All the rest of family and friends.

Gabe's seizures have gotten significantly worse. He is having focal seizures in his left and right temporal and parietal regions. He is also having generalized seizures in his frontal lobe. His beta brain waves have slowed significantly. Which makes sense as to why his tought process has been more difficult...
The plan. He will be starting a medication called Epidiolex. Because it has only been out a year we have to get many approvals from FDA and PA's done. Thankfully Gabe's neuro doc did all that for us. Epidiolex is the only FDA approved CBD oil and has been used a lot in the past year for LGS. It's definitely not a cure but we are all praying it will help my boy. He and I are both so hopeful that this is something that will help Gabe. It's not taking the place of any of his others meds but added to them.
For now I have had to basically keep him inside right now. Lots of drives and trips to the store to just get out of the house on these hot days. Extreme heat and the pool are huge triggers for him.
I know who the ultimate physician is and if God chooses to heal Gabe tomorrow then thank you Jesus! If not then I will keep praying and fighting for Gabe and maybe one day there will be a cure for the horrible syndrome.

Update on my cousin Jay Bell. No change, they are going to start warming his body temperature up at 7:30 pm tonight .2 every hour. Pray specifically that his body responds as his creator created it. Cardiologist has ordered an echocardiogram to check his heart function. We need a miracle.

Cynthia, my sister is grieving for her because she was in the same situation when mother died.

This is also the case for the father of a friend of mine. Ron Lakes is the father's name. He has been having blood-pressure issues that the doctors cannot figure out. Please, also pray that God give them wisdom in trying to determine what is causing this.
