I have a PRAISE this morning. Finally after spending about 4 months in Malawi trying to adopt two little girls, my nephew, Doug, and his wife, Alicia were awarded the adoption papers of these two precious little girls. They now need to get the passports and hopefully will be home soon with their girls. Our family is beyond thrilled for them.

Vernon Ware remains in the hospital. He is out of ICU. He is able to talk at times and is more alert. He is very weak from being in bed for 6 weeks. He will be going to a rehab facility in the next few days. Please continue to pray for his recovery and care as he transitions to the next facility.

Please pray for our nephew and his wife, Doug and Alicia Juday. They have been trying to adopt two little sisters from Malawi for several months now. They flew over at the beginning of April with the idea it would be about a month there to finalize the adoption. The adoption still has not gone through. Another attempt is be brought before a judge tomorrow, June 28th. Pray this will go through. Doug's leave from his job is about up and he is concerned to leave his wife there. They are so in love with these little girls and want them badly. Please pray.

Please pray for my coworker Jenny Hoffman. Her twin boys ages 14 will undergo surgery to repair a genetic disorder which makes the ribs grow inward and crush the lungs and heart. The surgery will place plates in their ribs to stop this. They can't move for 3 weeks because the plates could move and rupture their lungs or heart. Pray for the surgeons too. Thank you.
